In celebration of Block 15’s Bourbon Month, we host an exclusive Bourbon-themed dinner each year. Crafted by our Executive Chef, Sarah, and General Manager, Aidan, this 5-course dinner will take you through a night of Bourbon-inspired refreshments that complement NW meets European Fare.

Kickoff Celebration for Corvallis Beer Week

Celebrate the beginning of Corvallis Beer Week with us at Caves Corvallis on Thursday, September 4thth. From 4 pm - 5 pm, prepare for the evening’s festivities by sipping on a hand-selected lineup of beers from our cellar, plus a Belgian Frite Special. Caves is the starting location for the Corvallis Beer Week Kickoff March and casual pub crawl around Downtown Corvallis, which begins promptly at 5 pm.

If you can't attend the Kickoff Celebration, the special lineup of beers from our cellar will be available throughout Dinner Service on the 4th.

New Year's Eve at Caves

Ring in 2025 at Caves with an evening of culinary delights and festive libations. From 6 - 9 pm on New Year's Eve, join us for a sophisticated celebration combining exceptional food, craft cocktails, and our cozy atmosphere. Just for this evening, we're offering a $10 deposit that includes a table reservation, plus a carefully curated Amuse Bouche and your choice of welcome drink - either a glass of sparkling wine, an Orval beer, or a non-alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc.

  • Amuse Bouche - Choice of Dungeness Crab Salad & Belgian Endive or Mushroom & Brie Canape
