Join us for an evening of holiday cheer as we host our annual Belgian Pairing Dinner in collaboration with our longtime friend Joel Rea. We're excited to present a menu reminiscent of a traditional wintry European experience, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage, holiday, Trappist, and farmhouse Belgian Ales perfectly paired with Belgian and French-inspired dishes from our kitchen.
Curating the menu for this event each year is something that our co-owner, Nick, looks forward to working on with Joel, who operated Corvallis Brewing Supply for many years. The dinner is a tribute to their continued friendship and a celebration of excellent imported beer.

Belgian Endive & Leek Tart - Slow-braised Belgian endive & leeks, malted Abbey cheese creme, hazelnut & truffled egg yolk.
Frisée & Beet Salad - Frisée lettuce, gently roasted beets, candied kumquat, aged gouda & pimenton gremolata, warm sherry-mustard vinaigrette.

The event will feature communal-style holiday seating, allowing you to meet new people and sit alongside those who have attended this event since Caves first started. If you purchased tickets with other guests, please list their names after checkout (or email Hello@cavescorvallis.com), and we will do our best to seat accordingly.
Tickets can be purchased through December 5th at 4 pm or until sold out.
